You can call me; however, I am unlikely to answer your call on the first try, as I am often in session. I prefer to schedule calls in advance so I can ensure I have the time and focus to give you the space you deserve.
I want to speak to you, can I contact you outside of session?
I work in a boundaried way, this is not only to ensure professional and personal boundaries but also because of safeguarding. I welcome any practical contact (e.g. session arrangements or joining links etc) however, any therapeutic need should be kept in sessions only. If you feel that you repeatedly need support outside of session we can explore the frequency of sessions as well as your support circle outside of sessions and make a safety plan.​

How much do sessions cost?
All my sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £55. When we book our first session I will send you the information so you can make payment which must always be done in advance.
Where are the sessions held?
Yes, I offer online counselling across the UK, making therapy accessible from the comfort of your own home. Sessions are held via Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp video call, or telephone, depending on what feels most comfortable for you.

Online counselling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy and offers flexibility if you have a busy schedule or prefer remote support.

I will be offering face to face sessions soon in a private space near Pangbourne.
How are sessions arranged when we start to have sessions regularly?
I like to arrange the following session at the end of the session we are currently in but if you would rather go away and be in touch with me this is completely fine too. Some clients like to have a set time and day for weekly or fortnightly sessions, if this is the case we will agree a set number and review at the end of this block. For example, we will book 6 sessions and on the 6th we will decide if you want a following 6 sessions at the same arrangements as the first block and then book these in.
