Our Services

I offer a range of integrative counselling and psychotherapy services, including support for trauma, addiction, domestic abuse, anxiety, and emotional wellbeing. These approaches are flexible and can be tailored and interwoven within our sessions depending on your individual needs.

If you are looking for counselling in Berkshire or online therapy in the UK, you are welcome to contact me to arrange an initial 50-minute consultation session. This first session gives us the opportunity to explore what you are looking for from therapy and how we may work together in a way that best supports you.I currently offer online counselling sessions across the UK via Microsoft Teams, as well as via WhatsApp video call or telephone, allowing you to access therapy in a way that feels most comfortable and accessible for you. I will soon also be offering face-to-face counselling near Pangbourne, Berkshire, in a private and confidential setting.

Each counselling session is 50 minutes and costs £55.

I recommend weekly counselling sessions, as consistency often supports deeper therapeutic work and helps build a steady and supportive therapeutic relationship. However, the frequency of sessions can always be adapted to suit your individual circumstances and needs.

Counselling/ Therapy

I offer 50-minute counselling and psychotherapy sessions, providing a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can talk openly about what is happening in your life. These sessions are designed to support your emotional wellbeing and help you work through difficulties such as anxiety, trauma, addiction, stress, and relationship challenges at your own pace.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Many people come feeling overwhelmed, and counselling offers a space where we can begin to make sense of things together in a way that feels manageable and supportive.

I am an integrative therapist, drawing on person-centred counselling, psychodynamic therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). This allows us to work in a flexible and tailored way, focusing on what is most helpful for you at any given time. This may include exploring past experiences and how they influence your present, as well as developing practical tools to help you manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviours in daily life.

My approach is calm, non-judgemental, and confidential, offering a consistent therapeutic space where you can feel safe to explore your experiences at your own pace. If you are looking for counselling in Berkshire or online counselling in the UK, you are welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial session to see if we feel like the right fit.

Addiction Therapy

I have experience working within the addiction and substance misuse field, providing addiction counselling and psychotherapy support for individuals looking to understand and change their relationship with addictive behaviours.

In sessions, we can explore triggers, patterns, and maladaptive coping strategies, as well as the underlying emotional and psychological factors that may have contributed to the development of addiction.

My work is informed by a psychodynamic approach, helping you to gain insight into past experiences and how they may be influencing present behaviours. This process can support you in building greater awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier coping strategies over time.

I work in a non-judgemental and supportive therapeutic space, where you can explore your experiences safely and at your own pace.

Please note: I ask that clients do not attend sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol, as this ensures sessions remain safe and effective.

I am not a medical professional. If you require medical detox, prescriptions, or urgent clinical support, please contact your GP or local drug and alcohol services, who can provide appropriate medical care alongside therapeutic support.

Other Holistic Therapies

I place real importance on both exploration and developing new ways of being moving forward, supporting you to create meaningful and sustainable change through therapy.

Alongside talking therapy, I may integrate a range of holistic and evidence-based therapeutic techniques depending on your individual needs.

These can include grounding techniques, somatic practices, mindfulness, and practical coping strategies, all of which can support emotional regulation and help you feel more present and stabilised in day-to-day life.

Where appropriate, I may also draw on inner child work, helping to gently explore earlier life experiences and how they may be impacting current patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses.

In addition, I use motivational interviewing techniques, particularly within addiction counselling, to support you in exploring ambivalence, strengthening motivation for change, and developing a clearer sense of direction.

This integrative approach allows therapy to be flexible, tailored, and responsive, ensuring that our work together supports both emotional understanding and practical change.
