I have a Level 4 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.

I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist and registrant member of the National Hypnotherapy Society.

I have experience working within addiction, mental health, domestic abuse and sexual violence spaces. I have a passion for intersectionality and the interlinking of experiences that need to be detangled to have a better understanding. I also have experience working with an arrange of diagnosed and undiagnosed mental health diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, low mood and personality disorders (BPD, EUPD).

I work with you to explore the areas that you bring to the room and to connect the emotion to the behaviour to be able to move forward in a new healthier way.

Therapy should be a space for self-exploration as well as a space to be seen and heard without judgment with empathy at your own pace.   ​

I am currently offering online session but will be soon offering face to face session outside of Reading, near the Berkshire and  Oxfordshire border.
