Therapy is not about being judged or told what to do. It is about having the space, support, and professional guidance to better understand your experiences and move towards meaningful change.

Sessions are £65 for 50 minutes; a dedicated, confidential hour that's entirely yours, with a therapist who specialises in trauma, addiction and complex difficulties.
