What Working Together Could Look Like

You don't need to have everything figured out before you start counselling. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, addiction, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties or simply feeling overwhelmed, therapy can give you the space to understand what's happening and begin to find a way forward.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental and collaborative approach, tailored to you and what you need. You remain at the heart of our work, and we'll go at a pace that feels manageable.

As an Integrative Counsellor, I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels helpful for you. This may include exploring how past experiences influence the present, understanding patterns in your thoughts and behaviours, or developing practical tools to manage difficult emotions and everyday life.

I may also incorporate mindfulness, grounding, motivational interviewing, hypnotherapy, body-based awareness or creative approaches, always with your agreement. There's no one-size-fits-all approach — we'll find what works for you.

A Space to Be Heard

You may have spent a long time trying to cope on your own or holding everything together for other people. Counselling gives you a confidential space where you can talk openly about what's really going on, without judgement or pressure.

Together, we can work towards greater understanding, emotional awareness and confidence, while making space to process experiences that may have been difficult to carry alone.

Taking the First Step

I offer a free 30-minute introductory call where you can ask questions, tell me a little about what's bringing you to counselling, and get a feel for what it's like to talk with me. There's no pressure to commit.

If you decide you'd like to continue, we'll arrange an initial session and agree an approach that suits you, whether you're looking for short-term or longer-term support.
